We involve service users, their families, front-line workers, and independent experts in health and social care in the review and monitoring of our service, Our mission is to provide a high quality, safe, responsive, effective, and well-led complex personal and nursing care service to people in the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire by helping them remain independent through their recovery process.
