About
Platform is a rapidly growing Registered Charity (No:1166859) which in September 2017 opened an exciting new day -care provision to support profoundly disabled young people aged nineteen plus, some of the most vulnerable young people in our local community.
Our vision is to transform the lives of these young adults by helping them realise their aspirations, build a community that they can be part of and help support their families with the significant challenges that they face every day. None of the care and support we offer the young people are available through statutory services.
Platform offers programmes designed around individual needs, it is a unique service for when full-time education ends. Our specialist staff and facilities provide a wide range of activities to both progress and stimulate.
