About
We are a voluntary branch of Parkinson's UK.
Our role is to support Parkinson's sufferers and their carers.
We have a Smooth Movers dancercise session at The Balfour Street Community Centre, Balfour Street, Holderness Road every Thursday afternoon, 1pm - 3pm.
We have a monthly meeting in the Cottingham Civic Hall where we have speakers that give relevant information on a variety of subjects. Mutual support is a vital part of this meeting.
We also have satellite group Parkinson's café meetings in Hedon, Withernsea, Hornsea, Driffield, Beverley and Pocklington.
