About

At MHA Communities Hull & East Riding, we are committed to helping older people maintain their independence and live well in later life. We currently offer befriending services, providing regular companionship and emotional support to help individuals feel connected and valued within their community.

We run a pop in morning every Wednesday at Alexandra Hall in Hedon (9.30am - 11.30am).
