The ‘Menopaus’ull Support Network’ is a project managed by Neighbourhood Network.
We are supportive, inclusive and provide a space for anyone navigating the physical and emotional journey of menopause.
We help to build peer support circles through walking, talking and social sessions!

Our mission is to raise awareness and reduce the stigma around menopause, encourage open conversations and make sure no one goes through this journey alone.
