About
Hull City Council has a number of sheltered housing schemes across the city.
We offer good quality housing for people aged 55+. All of our properties have modern facilities and are fitted with an emergency alarm system which allows you to call for help from the council’s Kingston Care service, 24 hours a day.
Our schemes and our tenants benefit from low level support provided by our small team of Sheltered Housing Support Workers and some of our schemes offer social activities which can help with enhancing good mental and physical wellbeing.
