That’s why we don’t offer ready-made packages—instead, we provide fully personalised support that adapts as needs change.We offer a minimum of one-hour visits, ensuring unrushed, compassionate support tailored to everyone’s needs. Whether it’s help with daily tasks, companionship, or specialist care, our bespoke plans promote independence and dignity.

As part of the Social Work Framework, our trusted, highly trained Care Professionals deliver consistent care, working around your routine so you always know who’s coming and when.

We prioritise consistency, matching clients with Care Professionals based on shared interests to build lasting, meaningful relationships.

Alongside our core services, we also offer:

1. Nail Care at Home

In response to long podiatry wait times, we provide professional nail care in the comfort of your home. A pre-assessment is required, and GP consent may be needed for certain health conditions.

2. Dementia Support

We can offer guidance, emotional support, and group sessions for those affected by dementia. We can collaborate to set up friendly coffee mornings and meet-ups—open to clients, families, and caregivers, free of charge.

3. Recruitment – Join Our Caring Team

We’re always looking for kind, compassionate individuals to join our team of Care Professionals. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we offer full training, flexible hours, and a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.

4. Be a Santa Campaign

Each Christmas, we run our Be a Santa campaign, collecting and delivering gifts to older people who may be alone or facing hardship during the festive season. With the support of local schools, businesses, and community members, we help bring joy, warmth, and connection to those who need it most.
